    Who we are

    Media Portfolio was founded by design architect Richard Abe AIA in 2001. We use the latest technologies and great design to visualize, communicate and promote.

    Our company provides high quality 3D visualization and media design services comparable with any large agency but with pricing and attention available only at a boutique sized studio. With licensed architects on staff we are uniquely qualified to assist in both the entitlement and marketing phases.

    We're located in the heart of "Old Town" in Pasadena, California, home of the Rose Parade, the Pasadena Marathon and the Big Bang Theory.

    Description

    A mixed use project for the University of Southern California. The extensive approvals through the USC system required aerial, street level and courtyard renderings. All images incorporated the existing context.

    Description

    Extensive City entitlement processes included town hall meetings in addition to the requisite Design Review, Planning Commission and City Council hearings.

    The video compilation shown here also includes video of the AvalonBay Irvine sales office and model units which were presented as design references. All video shooting and editing is provided within Media Portfolio for a single point of business responsibility.
